The package price is based on cost-covering calculation and includes 19% VAT.

In addition to the package price the fee for the ETDSF has to be considered.

Package price includes:

• Accommodation (hotel double room) for 7 nights (Sunday, August 31 to Saturday, September 6)
• Breakfast at the hotels
• Lunch at competition sites
• 6 dinner meals at the city canteen of the university
• Farewell dinner on September 6
• Local transport Sunday, August 31 to Sunday, September 7
• Sightseeing in Wuerzburg and trip to Franconian Wineland
• transfer from (Sunday, August 31, 2008) and to (Sunday September 7, 2008) Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) or from (August 30/31, 2007) and to (September 7, 2008) Wuerzburg main station.
