Registration

Every participant (competitors: transplantees and dialysis patients, as well as companions) will send the following documents to his national Team Manager (please klick for PDF download):

• Registration
• Waiver
• Medical Certificate (only competitors)

Team Managers will accumulate all the registration infomation of transplantees, dialysis patients and companions in a special excel-file and send it by email to the LOC.

PLEASE NOTICE: If you want to take part in the games but you will no get any support by your national organization just contact the Local Organising Commitee.

Please consider that this deadlines mean the receipt at the Organising Committee, so please send the documents and the package price well in advance to your Team Manager.

Country Team Manager is responsible to collect payments. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact him.
